Privacy Policy

1. Data We Access

• Google Account Info: Name, email, and profile picture via Google Sign-In.
• Gmail (Read-Only): We search for credit card statement emails and download PDF attachments. We do NOT read, store, or access any other emails.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Parse credit card statement PDFs to extract transaction data.
• Categorize transactions and compute spending analytics.
• Recommend optimal credit cards based on your spending patterns.

3. Data Storage

• Transaction data is stored securely on our servers.
• Gmail OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored only to maintain your session.
• Statement PDFs are deleted immediately after successful transaction extraction. PDFs that fail to parse are kept temporarily for retry, then deleted once processed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Transaction descriptions may be sent to AI services solely for categorization — no personally identifiable information is included.

5. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting support@useappx.in. We will delete all your account data within 7 days.

6. Security

All communication uses HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored securely. Access to your data requires authentication via JWT tokens.

7. Google API Services

appX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
